Insufficient room height - no problem!

We have a wealth of solutions to solve that situation!

As a general guide, in order to benefit from a LogiMat vertical lift, a minimum room height of 4-5 metres should be available.

However, we have solved our customer’s problems with lack of space, even though there seemed to be insufficient room height, see below!

LogiMat in the basement / picking from several levels

The LogiMat can be placed on the floor in the basement and extend through the floors to allow access to the upper levels. The LogiMat is operated from the most suitable level, typically the ground floor where the access conditions etc. are optimal.

The pick-window can be placed anywhere on the LogiMat and additional pick-windows can be installed on the same (front & rear) or various levels, as per the illustration where handling is performed both from the basement and from the ground floor.

LogiMat through the ceiling/roof

The LogiMat is placed on the floor as usual, but extends through the ceiling/roof. The exterior is enclosed in a shell.

LogiMat dug down

A hole is cut/dug in the floor of the warehouse and the LogiMat is placed in the hole. Extra storage capacity is thereby achieved in an invisible way, with otherwise unusable space.

LogiMat build in an extension

An extension, or an insulated shell is built around the LogiMat; a hole is made through the wall into the warehouse so that the machine can be operated direct from the warehouse. A perfect solution if you need additional storage space and at the same time, want to save the expense of a “real” building.
